END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT

PREAMBLE

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legally binding contract between you ("End-User", "You", or "Your") and Tradecert Limited ("Licensor", "We", "Us", or "Our"), located at 111-113 High Street, Evesham, WR11 4XP, United Kingdom.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE LICENSED APPLICATION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, OR USE THE APPLICATION.

Tradecert is licensed to You (End-User) by Tradecert Limited, located at 111-113 High Street , Evesham, WR11 4XP , United Kingdom ('Licensor'), for use only under the terms of this Licence Agreement.

By downloading the Licensed Application from Apple's software distribution platform ('App Store') and Google's software distribution platform ('Play Store'), and any update thereto (as permitted by this Licence Agreement), You indicate that You agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this Licence Agreement, and that You accept this Licence Agreement. App Store and Play Store are referred to in this Licence Agreement as 'Services'.

The parties of this Licence Agreement acknowledge that the Services are not a Party to this Licence Agreement and are not bound by any provisions or obligations with regard to the Licensed Application, such as warranty, liability, maintenance and support thereof. Tradecert Limited, not the Services, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and the content thereof.

This Licence Agreement may not provide for usage rules for the Licensed Application that are in conflict with the latest Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and Google Play Terms of Service ('Usage Rules'). Tradecert Limited acknowledges that it had the opportunity to review the Usage Rules and this Licence Agreement is not conflicting with them.

Tradecert when purchased or downloaded through the Services, is licensed to You for use only under the terms of this Licence Agreement. The Licensor reserves all rights not expressly granted to You. Tradecert is to be used on devices that operate with Apple's operating systems ('iOS' and 'Mac OS') or Google's operating system ('Android').

1. THE APPLICATION

Tradecert ('Licensed Application') is a piece of software created to allow users to create, edit and distribute certificates for their trade — and customised for iOS and Android mobile devices ('Devices'). It is used to manage certificates for tradespeople.

2. SCOPE OF LICENCE

2.1 You are given a non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable licence to install and use the Licensed Application on any Devices that You (End-User) own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules, with the exception that such Licensed Application may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with You (End-User, The Purchaser) via Family Sharing or volume purchasing. The End-User may grant access to additional users under their organisation’s subscription plan, subject to the number of seats purchased. Each user must comply with this Licence Agreement.

2.2 This licence will also govern any updates of the Licensed Application provided by Licensor that replace, repair, and/or supplement the first Licensed Application, unless a separate licence is provided for such update, in which case the terms of that new licence will govern.

2.3 You may not share or make the Licensed Application available to third parties (unless to the degree allowed by the Usage Rules, and with Tradecert Limited 's prior written consent), sell, rent, lend, lease or otherwise redistribute the Licensed Application. You also may not use your licences/user allocations in order to scapegoat the pricing structure set out by tradecert limited.

2.4 You may not reverse engineer, translate, disassemble, integrate, decompile, remove, modify, combine, create derivative works or updates of, adapt, or attempt to derive the source code of the Licensed Application, or any part thereof (except with Tradecert Limited's prior written consent).

2.5 You may not copy (excluding when expressly authorised by this licence and the Usage Rules) or alter the Licensed Application or portions thereof. You may create and store copies only on devices that You own or control for backup keeping under the terms of this licence, the Usage Rules, and any other terms and conditions that apply to the device or software used. You may not remove any intellectual property notices. You acknowledge that no unauthorised third parties may gain access to these copies at any time. If you sell your Devices to a third party, you must remove the Licensed Application from the Devices before doing so.

2.6 Violations of the obligations mentioned above, as well as the attempt of such infringement, may be subject to prosecution and damages.

2.7 Licensor reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of licensing.

2.8 Nothing in this licence should be interpreted to restrict third-party terms. When using the Licensed Application, You must ensure that You comply with applicable third-party terms and conditions.

3. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS AND USAGE

3.1 The Licensed Application requires either an internet connection or a compatible device operating iOS 12.0+, Android 8.0+, or a modern web browser. We recommend using the latest software versions for optimal performance.”

3.2 Licensor attempts to keep the Licensed Application updated so that it complies with modified/new versions of the firmware and new hardware. You are not granted rights to claim such an update.

3.3 You acknowledge that it is Your responsibility to confirm and determine that the app end-user device on which You intend to use the Licensed Application satisfies the technical specifications mentioned above.

3.4 Licensor reserves the right to modify the technical specifications as it sees appropriate at any time.

3.5 You acknowledge that any certification, documentation, or other content you generate using the Licensed Application must comply with applicable industry regulations and standards (including but not limited to BS 7671 and IET Wiring Regulations). Tradecert Limited is not responsible for the accuracy or legal validity of user-generated content.You acknowledge that any certification, documentation, or other content you generate using the Licensed Application must comply with applicable industry regulations and standards (including but not limited to BS 7671 and IET Wiring Regulations). 3.6 Service Availability and Interruptions

The Licensor reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to the Licensed Application for maintenance, updates, or security purposes without prior notice.
The Licensor shall not be liable for any interruption in service due to: a) Force majeure events b) Internet service provider failures c) Hardware malfunctions d) Cyber attacks or security breaches e) Third-party service provider outages f) Regulatory or legal compliance requirements.

3.7 Data Storage and Backup

You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of all data entered into or generated by the Licensed Application
The Licensor recommends implementing a regular backup schedule
While we maintain industry-standard backup procedures, we do not guarantee the restoration of any lost or corrupted data

3.8 You must be a qualified tradesperson or employed by such a professional in order to use this application.

4. MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT

4.1 Tradecert Limited is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the Licensed Application, subject to the terms of this Agreement. While we strive to provide industry-leading support and continuous improvements, maintenance and support services are offered at our discretion and without any obligation to provide updates, fixes, or continued functionality.

4.2 Tradecert Limited does not guarantee uninterrupted access, bug-free performance, or indefinite support for any version of the Licensed Application. Updates may be released periodically to enhance performance, introduce new features, or ensure compatibility with evolving operating systems. However, we reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit support for certain versions of the Licensed Application at any time without prior notice.

4.3 The End-User may contact Tradecert Limited for assistance using the support email listed in the App Store, Play Store, or our official website. While we will make reasonable efforts to address issues, we do not warrant that all problems can or will be resolved.

4.4 Tradecert Limited and the End-User acknowledge that Apple and Google (the "Services") have no obligation whatsoever to furnish maintenance, support, or updates for the Licensed Application. Any claims related to maintenance, support, or software performance should be directed to Tradecert Limited.

5. USE OF DATA AND AI FEATURES

5.1 You acknowledge that Licensor will be able to access and adjust Your downloaded Licensed Application content and Your personal information, and that Licensor's use of such material and information is subject to Your legal agreements with Licensor and Licensor's privacy policy: https://my.tradecert.app/legal/privacy-policy.html.

5.2 You acknowledge that the Licensor may collect and use technical data and related information about your device, system, and application software, and peripherals, offer product support, facilitate the software updates, and for purposes of providing other services to you (if any) related to the Licensed Application. Licensor may also use this information to improve its products or to provide services or technologies to you.

5.3 The Licensed Application may utilise AI-powered features to extract, analyse, and interpret data from user-uploaded photos and documents. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that AI-generated outputs are free from errors or regulatory inconsistencies. Users remain responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated reports before submission. AI-generated outputs are provided 'as is' without warranties of accuracy or compliance. Users are responsible for verifying all AI-generated data before submission including in app calculations.

5.4 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated content, including but not limited to certificate text, assessments, and recommendations, is provided "AS IS"
The End-User assumes full responsibility for reviewing, verifying, and validating all AI- and calculation based generated content.
The Licensor makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or regulatory compliance of AI-generated or calculated content.
The End-User shall indemnify and hold harmless the Licensor from any claims arising from the use of AI-generated or in app calculated content.

5.5 Data Processing and Storage

Data may be processed and stored in jurisdictions outside your country of residence
By using the Licensed Application, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws
The Licensor implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security
Although we’ve taken measures to reduce the risk of data loss or corruption we cannot guarantee this won’t happen. Therefore in no event shall tradecert be liable for any loss, corruption, or damage to data, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our services. Users are solely responsible for maintaining appropriate backup copies of all data.

5.6 Certificate Accuracy and Responsibility

The End-User acknowledges and agrees that they bear full and sole legal responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all certificates generated through the Licensed Application. While Tradecert Limited strives to maintain accurate model forms, templates, signatures, and data processing capabilities, the End-User must independently verify all information contained in any certificate before issuance, submission, or reliance.

The End-User is required to thoroughly review the final downloaded certificate and confirm that: a) All data entered is accurate and complete b) All calculations are correct c) The certificate complies with current industry standards and regulations d) Any signatures, stamps, or professional identifiers are properly applied e) The certificate meets all legal requirements for its intended purpose

Tradecert Limited expressly disclaims any liability for errors, omissions, or non-compliance in certificates generated through the Licensed Application, regardless of whether such issues arise from technical defects, data processing errors, outdated forms, or user input. The End-User's professional judgment and verification remain paramount and cannot be replaced by the Licensed Application's functionality.

By using the Licensed Application to generate certificates, the End-User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Tradecert Limited from any claims, damages, fines, penalties, or legal proceedings arising from the use or reliance upon such certificates.

6. USER-GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

The Licensed Application may invite you to chat, contribute to, or participate in blogs, message boards, online forums, and other functionality, and may provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials to us or in the Licensed Application, including but not limited to text, writings, video, audio, photographs, graphics, comments, suggestions, or personal information or other material (collectively, 'Contributions'). Contributions may be viewable by other users of the Licensed Application and through third-party websites or applications. As such, any Contributions you transmit may be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. When you create or make available any Contributions, you thereby represent and warrant that:

The creation, distribution, transmission, public display, or performance, and the accessing, downloading, or copying of your Contributions do not and will not infringe the proprietary rights, including but not limited to the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or moral rights of any third party.
You are the creator and owner of or have the necessary licences, rights, consents, releases, and permissions to use and to authorise us, the Licensed Application, and other users of the Licensed Application to use your Contributions in any manner contemplated by the Licensed Application and this Licence Agreement.
You have the written consent, release, and/or permission of each and every identifiable individual person in your Contributions to use the name or likeness or each and every such identifiable individual person to enable inclusion and use of your Contributions in any manner contemplated by the Licensed Application and this Licence Agreement.
Your Contributions are not false, inaccurate, or misleading.
Your Contributions are not unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, pyramid schemes, chain letters, spam, mass mailings, or other forms of solicitation.
Your Contributions are not obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, violent, harassing, libellous, slanderous, or otherwise objectionable (as determined by us).
Your Contributions do not ridicule, mock, disparage, intimidate, or abuse anyone.
Your Contributions are not used to harass or threaten (in the legal sense of those terms) any other person and to promote violence against a specific person or class of people.
Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule.
Your Contributions do not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party.
Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law concerning child pornography, or otherwise intended to protect the health or well-being of minors.
Your Contributions do not include any offensive comments that are connected to race, national origin, gender, sexual preference, or physical handicap.
Your Contributions do not otherwise violate, or link to material that violates, any provision of this Licence Agreement, or any applicable law or regulation.

Any use of the Licensed Application in violation of the foregoing violates this Licence Agreement and may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of your rights to use the Licensed Application.

7. CONTRIBUTION LICENCE

By posting your Contributions to any part of the Licensed Application or making Contributions accessible to the Licensed Application by linking your account from the Licensed Application to any of your social networking accounts, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to us an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully-paid, worldwide right, and licence to host, use copy, reproduce, disclose, sell, resell, publish, broad cast, retitle, archive, store, cache, publicly display, reformat, translate, transmit, excerpt (in whole or in part), and distribute such Contributions (including, without limitation, your image and voice) for any purpose, commercial advertising, or otherwise, and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate in other works, such as Contributions, and grant and authorise sublicences of the foregoing. The use and distribution may occur in any media formats and through any media channels.

This licence will apply to any form, media, or technology now known or hereafter developed, and includes our use of your name, company name, and franchise name, as applicable, and any of the trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and personal and commercial images you provide. You waive all moral rights in your Contributions, and you warrant that moral rights have not otherwise been asserted in your Contributions.

We do not assert any ownership over your Contributions. You retain full ownership of all of your Contributions and any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights associated with your Contributions. We are not liable for any statements or representations in your Contributions provided by you in any area in the Licensed Application. You are solely responsible for your Contributions to the Licensed Application and you expressly agree to exonerate us from any and all responsibility and to refrain from any legal action against us regarding your Contributions.

We have the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, (1) to edit, redact, or otherwise change any Contributions; (2) to recategorise any Contributions to place them in more appropriate locations in the Licensed Application; and (3) to prescreen or delete any Contributions at any time and for any reason, without notice. We have no obligation to monitor your Contributions.

8. LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

8.1 Licensor's responsibility in the case of violation of obligations and tort shall be limited to intent and gross negligence. Only in case of a breach of essential contractual duties (cardinal obligations), Licensor shall also be liable in case of slight negligence. In any case, liability shall be limited to the foreseeable, contractually typical damages. The limitation mentioned above does not apply to injuries to life, limb, or health.

8.2 Licensor takes no accountability or responsibility for any damages caused due to a breach of duties according to Section 2 of this Licence Agreement. To avoid data loss, You are required to make use of backup functions of the Licensed Application to the extent allowed by applicable third-party terms and conditions of use. You are aware that in case of alterations or manipulations of the Licensed Application, You will not have access to the Licensed Application.

8.3 As stipulated in section 3.5: Tradecert Limited is not liable for any errors, omissions, or non-compliance in certificates or reports generated through the Licensed Application.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

The Licensor's total liability for any claims under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Licensed Application in the 12 months preceding the claim
In no event shall the Licensor be liable for: a) Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities b) Loss of data or corruption of databases c) Cost of procurement of substitute goods or services d) Special, indirect, or consequential damages e) Regulatory fines or penalties imposed on the End-User f) Claims by third parties against the End-User

9. WARRANTY

9.1 Licensor warrants that the Licensed Application is free of spyware, trojan horses, viruses, or any other malware at the time of Your download. Licensor warrants that the Licensed Application works as described in the user documentation.

9.2 No warranty is provided for the Licensed Application that is not executable on the device, that has been unauthorisedly modified, handled inappropriately or culpably, combined or installed with inappropriate hardware or software, used with inappropriate accessories, regardless if by Yourself or by third parties, or if there are any other reasons outside of Tradecert Limited's sphere of influence that affect the executability of the Licensed Application.

9.3 You are required to inspect the Licensed Application immediately after installing it and notify Tradecert Limited about issues discovered without delay by email provided in Contact Information . The defect report will be taken into consideration and further investigated if it has been emailed within a period of one hundred eighty (180) days after discovery.

9.4 If we confirm that the Licensed Application is defective, Tradecert Limited reserves a choice to remedy the situation either by means of solving the defect or substitute delivery.

9.5 In the event of any failure of the Licensed Application to conform to any applicable warranty, You may notify the Services Store Operator, and Your Licensed Application purchase price will be refunded to You. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services Store Operator will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Licensed Application, and any other losses, claims, damages, liabilities, expenses, and costs attributable to any negligence to adhere to any warranty. Refund claims are subject to the policies of the App Store or Play Store. Tradecert Limited has no direct obligation to provide compensation beyond these policies.

9.6 If the user is an entrepreneur, any claim based on faults expires after a statutory period of limitation amounting to twelve (12) months after the Licensed Application was made available to the user. The statutory periods of limitation given by law apply for users who are consumers.

10. PRODUCT CLAIMS

Tradecert Limited and the End-User acknowledge that Tradecert Limited, and not the Services (e.g. Apple or Google), is solely responsible for addressing any claims related to the Licensed Application or the End-User’s possession and/or use of the Licensed Application, including but not limited to:

Claims that the Licensed Application is defective, malfunctions, or fails to operate as intended, provided that Tradecert Limited’s liability is limited as outlined in Section 8 (Liability) and Section 9 (Warranty) of this Licence Agreement.
Any claim that the Licensed Application does not conform to applicable legal or regulatory requirements, except where compliance is the responsibility of the End-User (e.g., ensuring certificates generated through the app meet industry standards or legal requirements).
Claims arising under consumer protection or privacy laws, solely to the extent that such claims relate to Tradecert Limited’s handling of personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Tradecert Limited is not responsible for any third-party services, integrations, or user actions that may result in a breach of such laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tradecert Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to business losses, regulatory non-compliance, or financial claims resulting from errors in certificates, reports, or data generated by the Licensed Application. The End-User is solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and ensuring the accuracy of all outputs before submission or reliance. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as providing any guarantees or warranties beyond those expressly stated in Section 9 (Warranty).

11. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

You represent and warrant that You are not located in a country that is subject to a US Government embargo, or that has been designated by the US Government as a 'terrorist supporting' country; and that You are not listed on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

13. TERMINATION

The licence is valid until terminated by Tradecert Limited or by You. Your rights under this licence will terminate automatically and without notice from Tradecert Limited if You fail to adhere to any term(s) of this licence. Upon Licence termination, You shall stop all use of the Licensed Application, and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Licensed Application.

If you terminate your subscription, access to the Licensed Application will remain available until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your licence will be revoked. No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods

14. THIRD-PARTY TERMS OF AGREEMENTS AND BENEFICIARY

Tradecert Limited represents and warrants that Tradecert Limited will comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using Licensed Application.

In Accordance with Section 9 of the 'Instructions for Minimum Terms of Developer's End-User Licence Agreement', both Apple and Google and their subsidiaries shall be third-party beneficiaries of this End User Licence Agreement and — upon Your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Licence Agreement, both Apple and Google will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this End User Licence Agreement against You as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Tradecert Limited and the End-User acknowledge that, in the event of any third-party claim alleging that the Licensed Application infringes upon intellectual property rights, Tradecert Limited, and not the Services (Apple or Google etc), will be responsible for investigating, defending, settling, or discharging such claims, to the extent that the alleged infringement arises directly from Tradecert Limited’s proprietary software, trademarks, or content.

However, Tradecert Limited shall not be liable for:

Content uploaded, submitted, or used by the End-User that may infringe on third-party rights. The End-User assumes full responsibility for ensuring they have the necessary rights to use any materials uploaded or processed through the Licensed Application.
Third-party software, APIs, or integrations used within the Licensed Application that may independently be subject to intellectual property claims.
False or unfounded claims made by third parties regarding the Licensed Application.

Tradecert Limited is not responsible for disruptions, failures, or security breaches caused by third-party software, APIs, or services integrated into the Licensed Application.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the End-User agrees to indemnify and hold Tradecert Limited harmless from any intellectual property claims that arise from the End-User’s misuse of the Licensed Application, including but not limited to:

Uploading copyrighted material without permission.
Using the Licensed Application to generate, distribute, or certify materials that infringe on third-party rights.
Any unauthorised modification or derivative use of the Licensed Application.

This clause does not limit Tradecert Limited’s right to seek legal remedies or damages against any party making false, malicious, or fraudulent intellectual property claims.

Ownership & Protection

No part of the Licensed Application, including its structure, functionality, AI-powered features, or databases, may be reproduced, imitated, or adapted for commercial use.

Tradecert Limited owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the Licensed Application, including but not limited to:

Software Code, AI Models, and Algorithms developed for the application.
User Interface, Design, and Features unique to the Licensed Application.
Trademarks, Logos, and Branding associated with Tradecert Limited.
Any modifications, updates, or derivative works created by Tradecert Limited.

The End-User acknowledges that no ownership rights are transferred under this Licence Agreement. The Licensed Application is provided under a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence, and all intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Tradecert Limited.

Prohibited Actions

The End-User may not, under any circumstances:

Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Licensed Application.
Create competing software using Tradecert Limited’s intellectual property, including AI-driven features, certificate generation technology, or database structures.
Use Tradecert Limited’s trademarks, branding, or proprietary materials without prior written consent.
Bypass security measures or attempt to gain unauthorised access to Tradecert Limited’s systems or data.

Enforcement & Legal Remedies

Tradecert Limited actively monitors and enforces its intellectual property rights. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of the Licensed Application or its components will result in legal action, including but not limited to:

Cease-and-desist orders
Monetary damages for losses incurred
Injunctions preventing further misuse
Legal prosecution under applicable copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws

16. APPLICABLE LAW

This Licence Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales

17. MISCELLANEOUS

17.1 If any of the terms of this agreement should be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Invalid terms will be replaced by valid ones formulated in a way that will achieve the primary purpose.

17.2 Collateral agreements, changes and amendments are only valid if laid down in writing. The preceding clause can only be waived in writing.

18. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

18.1 Industry Standards

The Licensed Application is designed to facilitate compliance with industry standards but does not guarantee compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Licensed Application meets all applicable regulatory requirements
The Licensor may update the Licensed Application to reflect changes in regulations but is not obligated to do so

18.2 Professional Requirements

You must maintain all required professional licenses and certifications
The Licensed Application is not a substitute for professional judgment
You must independently verify all certificates and documentation generated through the Licensed Application

19. FORCE MAJEURE

The Licensor shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
Acts of government
Acts of terrorism
Pandemics or health emergencies
Labor disputes
Network or telecommunications failures
Cyber attacks

20. INSURANCE

21.1 Professional Liability

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate professional liability insurance
Your insurance must cover any claims arising from your use of the Licensed Application
The Licensor's insurance policies do not extend coverage to End-Users

21. SURVIVAL

The following sections shall survive termination of this Agreement:

Intellectual Property Rights
Liability and Indemnification
Dispute Resolution
Confidentiality
Data Protection

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

BY CLICKING "ACCEPT" OR USING THE LICENSED APPLICATION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
